Equity Trader

Started interviewing through on-campus recruiting. The first interview was very casual and was with the head of HR. It involved general questions about what I knew about Trillium, why I wanted to be a trader, etc. The second interview was with one of the senior traders in their office. This was also a fairly casual interview, and they took me out to the trading floor afterwards to observe how traders carry out their work.
