Very Standard, Round One was a 1 on 1 interview on campus with the head of HR for the company...Take a test that judges your ability to quickly do mental math and logical concepts. The key is to seem excited and enthusiastic while being able to do well on the math test.
Round 2 offered a tour of the office and a chance to see what everyone that works there actually does. People were nice, and the job seems very individual.. you make your own money.
