Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Sent in an email and got an email back the next day. I go to a top-3 LAC but they don't do OCR here so I went to their NY offices where I had a 1-on-1 interview with the HR manager, who is just an awesome guy. We basically just talked for like 5 minutes and then he asked me some stuff like: What are the major indexes at, why trading, etc. Didn't ask me about my resume but I basically walked him through it without him even asking. Then he gave a math test which I didn't do amazing well on but scored in the double digits out of 16.
Heard back quickly and was invited back for a second round. Talked to HR again, then a head trader, then I sat with a trader on the floor and then talked to HR again and left.
Heard back in less than a week with the good news.
