Please describe the interview / hiring process.
At my school, we had to sign-up for a limited number of slots, so I signed up at midnight the night it went live.
The first round interview was a math exam given in 2 minutes. I got a 12/16, and they look for people who can at least get in the double digits. I admitted my lack of trading experience, and the interviewer liked my honesty.
The second round interview was held in Manhattan. Same format as above, but I also spoke to the VP. Everything went well, but I came of as an investor not a day trader which led to the ding.
