Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very laid back. Was two rounds, one with HR guy and one with a desk head. Sat on the desk for an hour after the second round. Mostly fit questions with some probability/mental math thrown in. Asked about desire to trade and interest in the markets. Got the offer pretty quickly after second round and accepted.
