Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Contacted by HR, came into NYC office for 1 on 1 interview. Mostly questions about current state of the market, then took two tests, one quantitative and one qualitative. Needed to get a sufficient score on both. Invited back for a second round interview where I had a 1 on 1 interview with a head trader, and then sat on the trading floor with some employees to gauge what they do on a daily basis. Very nice people, clearly passionate about what they do.
