Trading Intern

The interview process first consisted of an on-campus process. The first round has a set of mini quizzes focused on the markets and basic math. Second round interviews consisted of a 1-on-1 discussion with the head trader of why you want to be in prop trading, and what questions you would ask traders on the floor. After this discussion, you get to sit with a trader on a floor and ask him or her questions. Note that they do not pay for your trip to get to the New York office.
