This was done through a recruiting company. Basically a recruiter reached out to me with the position. Once I expressed interest he set-up a call between the company and I. Whats I got through this screening process I was brought into the Trinity offices for 3 hours of interviews. It was a variety of group and single person interviews. Mostly related to my resume, why I wanted to work in IB, and valuation experience. No curve balls.
