CIB Credit Delivery Intern

Had been networking with people within the group who advised me to apply. Heard back from a recruiter about a month & a half later to schedule an introductory interview screening with the director of the intern program (VP) and a 3rd-year analyst.

Interview itself was very laid back and more conversational than anything with basic behaviorals of why [University], why [major], why Truist, and questions about work experience on my resume. Super nice people and not intimidating in teh slightest. After behaviorals the analyst took over the interview to ask some basic technicals - just basic stuff from Intro to Finance. My experience was very much related to the role of the Credit Delivery team so that may have been why I wasn't drilled on any other harder technicals, but have heard other kids getting more in depth questions.

Two days later heard back from the recruiter that was invited to SuperDay, which consisted of a 3 on 1 interview with 2 directors and an associate. Definitely more technical questions, but more of a 50/50 split between getting to know me and making sure I had my stuff down, especially in regards to credit. Heard back with an offer two days afterwards
