Credit Delivery Summer Analyst

My first round was with two directors who visited my campus during recruiting. I got to meet them on the visit and then interviewed about two weeks later. It was a Zoom meeting with very few technical questions in the first round, mostly personality/culture fit. The second round was with a group of 3; if I remember correctly, there was an analyst, an associate, and a VP. This was more technical, with questions about valuation methods and typical investment banking technicals. Nothing too difficult or extreme. Still, some more personality and culture fit questions. I advise studying level 1 technicals pretty heavily and touching on some level 2 technicals. Also, be up to date with current trends and interest rates. Have a hypothesis of future rate movements and how they could impact the M&A market as a whole and your interviewer's specific industry. Understand three financial statement connectivity.
