Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Please be mindful of your time if you decide to interview with Truist. The process pretty straight forward at first with an associate reaching out for first rounds which consists of mostly technical. Second round was with a VP and mostly behavioral. The last round is a superday which is five back to back interviews with MDs, and Group Heads. Not sure if this is normal, but my half way through my super day, Truist cancelled on my 3 times and on one instance even no-showed to my interview room. Because of this I was not able to complete the interview and they called me later that day stating that they have hired someone else which is very unprofessional. I understand that at the end of the day, this is IB and these things happen, but dragging a 4 week long process without a fair evaluation is another thing. Hopefully no one will encounter my negative experience.
