1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first interview was on Teams with a Director. The Director called in, so it was essentially a phone interview. The interview consisted of behavioral and general market questions. After this round, it progressed straight to superday with 2 MDs, approximately 40 minutes each. These interviews were purely conversational and only consisted of minor brainteasers. Both of these interviews felt very informal.
