Summer Analyst - Credit Delivery

We had 2 directors come present to us and host coffee chats on campus. Next, you fill out an online application and its recommended you do some networking calls. If selected for a first round interview, you do a virtual interview with 2 directors and go through 15 minutes of behavioral questions and some light technicals. After that, you move on to a virtual "super day" which about 45 minutes long. This will be a different group than your first round, mine was a director, an associate, and an analyst. The analyst asked the majority of the questions with the director doing more note taking. The super day is about 30 minutes of behavioral questions with 15 minutes of technicals. Technicals are obviously geared more toward debt and the 3 statements, the questions arent hard but they they make you think and cant always be found in a guide. Overall, it was not a terribly hard interview process compared to what a lot of other jobs have to go through.
