The first round, which was 1 on 1 with an associate, asked simple technical questions. How to get to EV to Equity Value, the difference between a loan and a bond, walk me through a DCF, and different types of debt instruments in a bank. 2nd and final round was all behavioral with 2 1on1's with a VP and an associate. The overall process was very laid back, and they're mainly trying to get to know you as a person.
