Interview
The first round consisted of 2 phone interviews with the CIO and one of the other senior analysts. They asked me to come into the office where I met with the CIO, 2 portfolio managers, and 1 senior analyst. QUestions asked surrounded some of my investment ideas and how I thought about the investments. The atmosphere was very cordial and encouraged the candidate to express their views, even if they did not coincide with the beliefs/thoughts of those interviewing you. Also gave a presentation to the group on my best idea for a sector that they chose. They provided you adequate time to prepare and then present your idea. This part of the interview was a little more formal, but still encouraged you to express your thought process and how you got to various points in the presentation.
