Please describe the interview / hiring process.
TPH recruited on campus, had a great dinner with the superday finalists, and then a grueling 9 interview superday. The first round interview was pretty standard, with your typical questions. Dinner was absolutely fantastic, and the team seemed incredibly collegial. Superday was in the offices, and was mainly fit questions, with some fairly easy technicals (although each interview was either one or the other). Towards the end of the day, I got caught off guard by a fairly mundane technical and messed up a little bit. The interviewer (a first year analyst) went to town and absolutely grilled me until I knew I had lost. In retrospect, I let my guard down. Overall, it was one of the easier superdays I participated in, and they seemed to place a huge emphasis on fit. The team on the whole seemed like an absolutely great group of guys, and they seemed genuinely happy for me when I told them about the offer I had accepted later on. Rockstar group!
