Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Went through a first-round interview over the phone with a screening company based in the UK (I believe). Then passed that and got offered a super day due to the Tudor Pickering Holt IB competition, and had one interview with the staffer, then an analyst, then the associate, and finally the executive director. The first interview (screening) over the phone was technical, and why O+G, next two were behavioral, an associate was technical and ED was behavioral and fit.
