Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was very smooth. The firm has an outstanding culture, that is unique to say the least. The process consisted of a brief two on one on campus interview, with a few light technical questions; followed by a second round super day at their office. According to the employees this was their first time to have a super day.
