Turkish participation bank formed in 2005 through the merger of Anadolu Finans (founded 1991 as Turkey's first fully domestically capitalised private finance institution) and Family Finans. Serves commercial, corporate and retail segments. As at 30 April 2025 the bank reported 3,031 employees and 261 branches nationwide.
