The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
On campus interview with 2 analysts on the investment team. Very straight forward - talked about background and then went into talking about any stocks I liked and why. Talked about the market environment.

Second round was with a couple 1-on-1's with analysts and current interns at their office. Pretty much just talked about my background and about the position.

Interview
Applied through the campus recruiting website. Within a few weeks I received an email saying I had an interview in the campus corporate center. Only one, 1 on 1 interview that lasted about 45 minutes. They made their decisions based off one interview. No technical questions just wanted to see if you would be a good fit and could answer every question thoroughly without error. If you can do that than the job is pretty much yours. It was my first interview experience so I made a few blatant mistakes.
Interview Questions
Basically just classic interview questions plus some behavioral questions. "Why Finance?" "Why School X?" "Give me an example of group conflict" " Give me an example of when you had to work in a team" The WSO behavioral guide basically covers it all. No technical questions
