Consisted of an over-the-phone quick behavioral interview, and then a request to do a valuation model case study of a company, using DCF, peer comps and precedent transaction valuation methodologies. And then finally to portray everything on one slide.
Interview Questions
Doing the model was the most difficult part, as the employer did not offer a lot of data and I had to make many assumptions. But overall, if one follows the processes in the WSO courses, then one can have an easier time filling out the valuation models.


This was the prompt:

The Company operates in two intersecting industries: Home Goods & Juvenile. Their product line consists of ergonomic and rugged kitchen utensils for babies and toddlers.

The founders, who still own the business, expect the Company to grow substantially in the near future.
