Interview
Contacted a day or two by phone after applying through college. Scheduled a face-to-face interview about 2 hours long to meet with multiple (about 4) employees (all one-on-one). Very friendly HR and very friendly employees. Great culture. Then a second interview was scheduled also about 2 hours long. I met with more senior employees on a one-on-one basis. Just two rounds.
Interview Questions
It was much more behavioral than technical. They don't expect you to know too much, especially not about real estate. Only technicals I remember where what is IRR (how to use it too) and how would you approach analyzing a real estate building (open-ended question). Everything else was much more about my character, like tell me your greatest achievement and what is your best strength. They allow you to ask as many questions as you want, and you should come prepared with good open-ended questions.
