Interview
It was a very informal hiring process as I just reached out on my own and they had no official intern program. I did several phone interviews with analysts - vp over the course of a couple months. Overall the conversations were very easy and comfortable but the process took a long time because it was an informal process.
Interview Questions
They asked a few case questions focused on the gaming industry. They asked how I would consider going about deciding whether or not to put a casino in a specific location. They also asked how I would decide to invest money in renovations for a casino. They also were interested in why I was specifically interested in gaming, and I think that was an important question for them. They also asked me behavioral questions like a time I did not get along with a team member and how I resolved the conflict. They also asked what accomplishment I was most proud of.
