Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online and received phone screening approximately 3 weeks after submitting application. Had a total of 7 phone calls with a mix of half technical and half behavioral. Technicals consisted of rigorous accounting questions, an in depth valuation case using financial statement data and multiples, and the typical questions. Phone calls were used as a way to screen candidates prior to a super day which was 100% behavioral to gauge fit. Overall great experience even though no one likes doing that many interviews.
