Interview Questions
Nothing too crazy. They base their interviews on their core values of the company. They have 4 base questions on their values which are - Integrity, Hard Work, Teamwork, Caring. From there they ask to describe a time where you have demonstrated those in the work place, in detail. They want you to go through the scenario in detail and say what value you demonstrated and what was the outcome of the situation. After that they went through some easy job specific questions. Like typical debt covenants put in place - LTV, DSC debt yield etc. go over specific deals worked on, just experience stuff.
