Very behavioral. They asked about relevant skills but didn't ask technical questions. The process was only two behavioral interviews. I applied in January, interviewed about 3 weeks later, and received an offer about 2 weeks later. They give abut 2 weeks to accept or decline.

Met with a recruiter at campus career fair. First round screening was a prerecorded setup - not bad. Had another interview with an employee. Only behavioral questions were asked.
Interview Questions
All were behavioral and pretty generic. Stumbled on one that asked about receiving feedback I perceived as irrational. Interviewer was very easy-going and personable.

Interview
First, there was a phone interview with the recruiter. Basic questions to review my resume and cover what the position was about (all high level). No technical/behavioral questions. There was email communication back and forth sending a note introducing myself to the hiring manager (passed on via the recruiter). Finally, an in-person interview was set up which consisted of 3 interviews: 1 group and 2 individual. The primary focus was on "fit" questions--nothing much technical.
Interview Questions
Nothing too unexpected--again, they were "fit" questions:
--How would you handle competing priorities?
--What communication skills would you need to collaborate cross-functionally across such a large organization and do you have them?
--Explain a time when a co-worker wasn't getting along with you and how did you resolve it?
--Explain a time you lead a group/updated a legacy process--how did you create by-in and make change?"
--From your understanding, what does this role entail?

Phone screen that was supposed to last for 30 minutes but ended up being over an hour long. Very laid back and nice interviewer.
Interview Questions
After walking through my resume we went into technicals which for some reason I was not expecting, but they were easy. I was asked about the valuation methods, how to value UHG as a whole, what are some recent deals that UHG has done. Rank the valuation methods.
