Interview
The interview was a single first-round conversation with two analysts from the finance team. It was entirely behavioral, focusing on teamwork, communication style, and how I work in a professional environment. Questions were general (e.g., how you work on a team, handling challenges) with no technical finance questions, cases, or tests. The analysts were friendly and the interview felt conversational.

Interview
I filled out a short online application, heard back the same day, and sat for a quick 15-minute interview on availability and reliability. They offered me the job right afterward and emailed the I-9 and W-4 links. On my first shift I brought my ID, picked up a uniform, did a brief safety walk-through, and shadowed a returning student for one meal. After three shifts my supervisor checked in to be sure I was settled.
