Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process began with a phone call lasting approximately 30 minutes. Next, USAA and the Chief Financial Office staff visit my campus, Texas A&M, to hold initial interviews for the candidates they selected from the initial phone call. In addition, they held a dinner for candidates to mix with recent hires. About 2-3 weeks later, I was informed I was invited to USAA's super day. This super day consists of 3 different interviews and a skills test with 3 other interviewees. After this super day, I found out 3 weeks later I was to receive an offer of employment for their CFO Summer Internship.
