The Online Assessment was not too difficult. Yes, you have to focus in a quiet place, but if you have some math knowledge under your belt, you will have no problem. There were a total of 13 questions: 10 about pattern recognition and 3 about coding. The coding questions were about cache/query, simple recursion, and... I don't remember the last one.
Interview Questions
I assumed they would ask about my data analysis experience, but rather, they asked me about my personal projects which are not related to quantitative analysis.
For a behavioral question, they asked me how I would manage my time if I had to manage multiple projects at once.

First round typical quant math style interview questions. Not the toughest (compared to SIG's quant trader eval). Second round is a phone call - more math questions, again not too challenging. Less probability based and more SD EV based imo. Final round was a zoom call with 3 of the guys from the firm, and this one was almost all behavioral with (again) some math at the end and a market making game (more difficult than others at Jane st and what not). Know your math, know your options pricing, and you'll be fine. All in all seemed like a good group of guys.
Interview Questions
Typical quant style questions - SD, EV, Brownian Motions, Options pricing, etc
