Historically, the firm's focus has been on providing independent, outsourced fundamental equity research to institutional asset management firms. The firm is located in the heart of Manhattan where the largest pool of investment capital in the world is represented.

With the addition of Brian Warner in 2012, the firm’s emphasis has been broadened to research-driven strategic financial communications. Howard Rosencrans and Brian Warner have nearly 60 years combined experience as buy-side and sell-side analysts, hedge fund managers and institutional asset managers, our core focus having been identifying, researching and highlighting small and micro-cap companies.
