Firstly some very standard process was carried out, for example, the introduction about yourself and your own personal project experiences. Then a manager will come in to talk about today about your motivations and why would you interested in this position. At last, you have to meet some senior managers and they will decide whether you are a good candidate.
Interview Questions
In terms of the most unexpected process of the interview is when the manager asked me why did I leave from the last job. I have thought about some answers on this question but his concern was very specific and detailed. For example, he would ask me how do I think of my colleagues and my work environment. Another noticeable part is that he would ask you something about your working experience in a detailed way. I have to admit that I cannot remember all the details in my project. Overall, the questions were not so easy.
