Applied on LinkedIn. Soon after I received a message on LinkedIn asking for a phone interview. Asked basic questions like "why banking" and "why Vaquero." Very much a screener interview. Went on to the second round, where much of the questions were more technical. One of those is "walk me through a DCF." I didn't move on to any other rounds of the interview process.
Interview Questions
Coming from a non-target school, "why did you choose [blank] for college?" Kind of blindsided me and unfortunately got the feeling that it was a strike against me as an applicant and I wasn't able to make the save. So if you're coming from a non-target, make sure to have a solid story.
