After walking her through my experience, she explained a bit of what the role would entail and walked me through Ventas' history. She asked what questions I had, and we talked about group structure, career path, etc.
At the end of the call she said she thought everything went really well and asked about my general availability to come in and meet the team the following week. (This was on a Thursday). I responded I'd have to check my calendar and would get back to her the following day. When I followed up on Friday with my availability, i was informed another candidate had accepted their offer and the position was filled.
Overall, it was a pretty conversational interview. The math question was the only real curve ball. This REIT focuses on medical properties and it should be noted I had no prior experience with these types of properties.
