The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview Questions

It was a good interview. The department I was interviewing for, wasn't into canned interview questions. Ex: where do you see yourself in 5 years or what would you have done differently in your career in retrospect. The interview was more like we were getting to know each other to make sure both the company and I would be a good match.
Interview Questions
First I got a phone interview with HR that briefly talked about my background, my career goals and how I got to know the company. Then he introduced me on several open positions similar to the one that I applied for. After the phone he set an on-site for me . It turned out that I interviewed with several managers for those several positions which the HR didn't tell me on the phone. Each interview was easy enough - they didn't try to trick me but would like to know me more as a future co-worker.Depends on the team and who you met, few HR quesitons when you met with managers, they have very nice people and very bad people. Depends on luck.
