Similar offshore offices also exist for firms like Goldman Sachs. With little opportunities to pursue front-end Investment Banking career in India, many graduates from business schools end up joining these offshore offices. Also, in India there are hardly any sector -specific team. There are opportunities to transition to front-end offices in NY, London and Hong-Kong.
