Please describe the interview / hiring process.

After applying I received an email reaching out to schedule an interview. The interview was on microsoft team and consisted of 30 minutes of behavioral and personal questions. The questions included explaining my resume, what I know about crown castle, my microsoft proficiency. Behavioral questions included things like what was a trouble I faced when working on a project and how did deal with it.
