Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It began with a resume drop at my University. After the resume drop, I received a 30 minute phone interview with an outsourced HR agent. This consisted of confirming information from my resume and basic fit and teamwork questions (ie. tell me about a time...). Within two weeks of the phone interview, I had received an invite for an in person superday style interview. This interview consisted of 3, 30 minute interviews. The first interview was done by an HR associate and was along the same lines as the phone interview. The second interview was done with a formal program participant and consisted again of fit questions. The final interview was with a director and had a few basic technical questions, but again was mostly fit based. Since the program hires sophomores and some juniors, the interview process is barely technical. Within a month of the interview, I had an offer.
