Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Process began with 15 minute phone interview that was a basic fit interview. Questions focused on walking through my resume and leadership experience. About two weeks later I got a call and was invited for a superday at Basking Ridge. This superday consisted of 3 interviews with a associate, VP and Director. The first two interviews were focused on fit with similar questions to the phone interview. The final interview with the Director focused mainly on him talking about his work and a couple of basic fixed income questions. Process concluded with a tour of the campus and mini-networking event.
