What did the interview consist of?

Please describe the interview / hiring process.

Verizon recruits somewhat consistently for this program at my school. Met with recruiters at a career fair, emailed my application in early fall. A few weeks later a rep from a 3rd party hiring agency emailed me interview slots. I had the interview in mid November. The interview was with that rep and heavily behavioral/generic questions. It lasted about 20 minutes. Shortly after that I was invited to the superday at their HQ in NJ. Verizon pays for expenses if coming from out of state. Everyone was very nice/quick with follow ups.
