Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online through their website and was sent an email for a video interview through montage that just turned out to be simple responses to questions. Then, I was selected for a phone interview with a recruiter from a third-party company that Verizon hired. Then, I was selected for their super day in Basking Ridge. They asked typical behavioral questions such as "Why Verizon", "Name a time when you were in a leadership role", "A situation where you encountered a problem", and then she asked if there's anything you'd like to add. I made sure to mention excel work I did as well as several group projects, basically reading off the qualities they want on their job page. It was incredibly short.
