After submitting the application, you are screened first for skills, interest, and organization/time management. They do this by getting you to answer 4 questions regarding experiences doing research and sourcing, interest in finance, and organizational skills.

The second screen is choosing a company for acquisition and writing why/why they wouldn't make a good hire.

Finally, a short phone call to learn more about yourself.
