Interview Questions
Walk me through a DCF?

Typical DCF method mentioned in the WSO technical guide. Nothing too tricky. Just be fluent
Do you know what LBO is? Can you give me a guess?

I honestly did not how to walk them through an LBO, but I did know on the high level what it was. I gave it my best shot by explaining the that it is a leverage buyout. Private Equity firms will want to buy distress companies and take on high amount of debt. But in a few years time, they will exit repaying all the debt and selling the company at a higher value.
