Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Starts with a coding test of 5 questions. These have not changed in like 5 years so one can probably find them online somewhere.
First call is with HR, describe the process and the job. Concludes with a few trivial brainteasers.
Next up is 3 interviews with traders. Format is Brainteaser - CV questions - General chat. They are out to get people who embellish their CV.
Online IQ test - Seemed fairly easy.
Finally interview with head of trading - same format as before.

Generally, they can be a bit scattered in interview organization. They also value you not being unbearable to work with surprisingly high.

Advice: practice Green Book and Heard on the Street - some of the questions came from these verbatim. Don't lie too blatantly on your CV, they ask tough questions about one's stated skills. Be able to defend anything down on the CV for over a minute at least.
