Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied to Virtu in mid-February. You immediately get a coding test on Codility. It consists of 5 questions, easy for anyone with programming experience. Next round is a recruiter phone screen mostly focusing on background and culture fit. Next round was a technical phone screen with a member of the TradeOps team. She asked technical questions based on Python and SQL. A large part of the interview was on math brain teasers. Total 4 brain teasers were asked, out of which I could only answer 2. Got a rejection mail the same day. Some questions were new so don't trust the ones posted on Glassdoor to get you through.
