I had to wait 1 months for the interview, for which 1 week before the interview they sent me a case study, for which I had to make a presentation. During the interview, I had to present the case and in the end they asked questions regarding why did I apply for this role.

Group Interview
Interview
Interviewed with three current Visa associate employees on my college campus. Interview consisted of a behavioral interview and interest assessment. Interview questions were fairly standard and all employees present were current interns. Visa didn't contact me back after the interview to let me know if I had passed the interview or gotten dropped.
Interview Questions
The interviewees asked what your dream job would be if money was no option. Unfortunately, given little time to think about this, I answered for another company that wasn't Visa. Otherwise the interview questions were fairly standard. They asked what your biggest strengths and weaknesses were as well as several fairly complex questions to gauge your exact interest, passions, and reasoning behind your leisure activities. They were less concerned seemingly about relevant experience to the actual internship.

Interview
First, I was contacted by Visa informing that I had received an on campus first round interview. Next, I had a phone screen with HR, and finally a skype interview with two senior finance managers.
Interview Questions
Nothing too difficult was asked. Toughest questions were about how to evaluate whether or not to undertake in a company investment in a new recreation facility on their Bay Area campus. There was no concrete right answer, but it was imperative that you mention both quantitative and qualitative aspects to your final decision.

Additionally, they asked me to walk them through the three financial statements. I did this from a high level, but at each step they asked me to clarify what different terms meant and how they worked in practice.
