It was two rounds of interviews. One with the hiring manager, another one with the department. The first one was behavioral, the second one really asked about your experiences and skills that would be relevant to the position.

Interview Questions

Do you know how to use Microsoft Access? What is your knowledge on financial derivatives? They asked this because many of the responsibilities of the position pertained to use of database knowledge and knowledge of hedging foreign exchange risk. This was more of a plus, but unfortunately due to my age, I did not have that prior experience or skills. They also asked me about how proficient I was in the Microsoft products, and as a freshman, I was not familiar with those. They also asked me about what I did within my extracurricular.
