1 on 1 Interview
Presentation
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Round 1: Initial 1-on-1 with VP. Questions included: Why GE?, Tell me about your background., general "fit" questions, strengths and weaknesses etc.
Round 2: 1-on-1 with HR. Questions were more fit-based.
Round 3: 1-on-1 with Principal. Fit and some technicals., "What's one company in our portfolio you like and why, and what's one you don't like and why?"
Round 4: 1-on-1 with another Principal. Brain teasers, fit questions, get-to-know-you etc.
Round 5: Interview with Partner. Walked thru resume, some questions about sourcing etc.
Round 6: Met the other analysts, coffee-chat style.
Round 7: Case study and presentation.
