Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Pretty standard interview process. The complete process was around 3-4 rounds, starting with an HR screen. The second round was with the hiring manager (VP level, and my current manager). The third round was with the of the two PMs on the desk. Fourth an final was with the head of the desk (think SVP/MD level). Wasn't really grilled technically, but expected to know basics and generally explain why I was a good fit.
One caveat - HR was not the most organized, as it is run through the parent company Voya. I had to prod HR to get things done.
