Interview
I started by filling out the online application in February, he invite to the interview in NYC came about 2 weeks later. The whole day at their office consisted of an accounting and finance test and a group interview.
Interview Questions
The interview mainly revolved around my prior internship experience, what responsibilities I had, what tasks I performed, and what I learned. I was then asked about different scenarios where I had to work in a team, take leadership, and resolve a conflict. Another thing I was asked was why I applied to the position, what I hope to achieve during my time at Wafra, and what my future aspirations are. They then asked me why they should pick me, what are the qualities that I have that make me stand out compared to the other applicants. The final question was about general macroeconomic events going on and what are my insights on them.

interviewed by 5 employees at a conference room. Then a writing test and a multiple choice test. accounting and finance questions.
Interview Questions
mostly behavioral questions cause they leave the technical for the tests. they are not very hard. They are going to walk through your resume as well as transcripts and ask very detailed questions about them. So make sure you can address any red flags in your resume or transcripts if there are any. for example, they asked why I did not do an internship in one summer. they also asked why I did bad in one of my classes on my transcripts. the written tests are very easy and you do not have to really spend that much time preparing for them.
