Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Submitted resume online via job posting. About 2-3 weeks later, got an email from HR for a phone screen. Phone screen was a bunch of behavioral questions such as "Tell me about a time when you were working in a group with an unhelpful teammate. What approach did you take?" Then heard back 5-6 weeks later for a phone call with two MD's. Phone call was pretty straightforward with no technicals and mostly fit/behavioral questions. Verbal offer made one week after the call.
